Celebrating Safety
At Keeley, we are dedicated to achieving and sustaining ZERO unsafe acts through our comprehensive safety culture. We celebrate Good Catches weekly, recognizing Keeley'ns who identify and report potential hazards before accidents occur, allowing us to take corrective action promptly. Our Safety Assessments and Task Safety Reviews (TSR) ensure that risks are systematically evaluated and managed. Job Safety Analyses (JSA) help us anticipate and address specific risks associated with tasks, while Keeley Best Operating Practices (KBOP) establish our safety guidelines. Additionally, Job Execution Teams (JETs) ensure that safety protocols are followed in every task. Together, these practices reinforce our commitment to a proactive and sustainable safety culture.

Team members can use the Safety One Stop (SOS) app to submit good catches and safety assessments. With many features designed to make safety reporting as easy as possible, the SOS app streamlines processes and provides consistency for team members.

Nothing we do is more important than returning every Keeley’n, client, subcontractor, and community member home safely every day. Our Safety Team drives the belief that at our CORE, our Purpose is Keeping People Safe. This means ZERO unsafe acts including recordable injuries, preventable motor vehicle incidents (PMVI), and preventable utility hits (PUH). Not only do we believe ZERO is possible, but we know that ZERO unsafe acts are sustainable through our incredible safety culture lived out by every Keeley’n.

Keeley Companies replaced our old HRIS, Sage People, with a new platform – UKG! UKG will serve as a 'one-stop-shop' for all people-related needs. This platform change impacts ALL Keeley’ns - every region, every role, every company.
How to Log In to UKG
Log in with a Company Email
1. Navigate to keeley.ukg.net.
2. Click the “Sign in with your company (SSO)” button.
3. Choose a few security questions.
4. You’re in, explore UKG!
Log in without a Company Email
1. Navigate to keeley.ukg.net.
2. Use the email address you provided to HR upon employment as your username (a UKG eBlast was sent to this email).
3. Your default password will be your date of birth in the following format: MMDDYYYY
4. After logging in, UKG will prompt you to set up a permanent password. Follow these steps to complete your account setup.
